Hogan has high hopes for PASS National Championship Summer Sizzler 200

Hogan has high hopes for PASS National Championship Summer Sizzler 200

Cleveland, GA 7/14/08- Jason Hogan's' last Pro All Stars Series (PASS)
super late model start was almost as good as it gets. Hogan finished
second in his 2008 PASS South series debut in the Orange Blossom
Special Orange County Speedway in Rougemont, NC. Just a car length
separated him from race winner Trevor Sanborn who earned his first
PASS super late model feature win at "the OC".

"We came up just a spot short there last time, I probably could have
gotten into Trevor (Sanborn) a little bit to rattle his cage if I
wanted to, but he had raced me clean all race long so that's the same
way I wanted to race him. But going into this weekend we should have a
little bit better car than last time which means as long as we can
qualify up front and stay there then we should have a good shot at
winning the thing," explained Hogan.

The team will have their work cut out for them as the 200 lap PASS
South event this weekend at Orange County is also round number two of
the four race PASS national championship series, paying $10,000 to the
winner. The race will attract teams from all over the country. Some
forty-four cars showed up at the first national event at the Hickory
Motor Speedway back in March. But Hogan welcomes the challenge of this
weekends' talent-laden field.

"I say the more the merrier. It's a chance for us as drivers to
compete against the best from not only the south but all over North
America really. It also makes the quality of racing better for drivers
and fans alike. Nobody wants to see five or six good cars race against
twenty-five others who aren't. Everyone wants to see a full field of
ultra competitive race cars battling it out and I think that's what
you'll see this weekend," stated Hogan.

Hogan has momentum on his side for the weekend's Summer Sizzler 200,
but he'll have to beat the best of the best in super late model
circles to stand in victory lane Saturday night.

In addition to 200 green flag laps of PASS super late model
excitement, the Orange County's own Tag-Out Late Models will share the
bill with a 150 lap special event with a hefty payout. For more
